Getting to our office is simple and quick. Start by heading north on Lake Avenue from Broadmoor. Follow Lake Avenue until it turns into Nevada Avenue. Stay on Nevada Avenue heading north into downtown Colorado Springs. Once you hit Pikes Peak Avenue, take a right. Go one block and turn left onto Cascade Avenue. You’ll find our building at 104 S Cascade Ave, Suite 201, on your right. The drive takes about 15 minutes from most parts of Broadmoor. There’s plenty of street parking available, and we’ll validate your parking if you use the garage next door. You’ll see our sign right at the entrance – can’t miss it!

Taking the Bus from Broadmoor

If you prefer public transit, Mountain Metro has got you covered. Catch Route 3 from the Broadmoor Towne Center at Lake Avenue. The bus runs every 30 minutes during weekdays. You’ll ride north into downtown, and get off at the Pikes Peak Avenue stop. Our office is just a short two-block walk west. The whole trip usually takes around 25 minutes. The buses are clean and comfortable, with free WiFi so you can check emails or browse homes on your way. Just remember to bring exact change or get a day pass from the driver – they run $4 per day.
